What do you get if you divide the circumference of a bowl of ice cream by its diameter?… Pi a la mode! We couldn’t resist — Pi Day is coming up after all, and along with the puns that make you groan, we’ve got some amazing pie recipes that will make your mouth water, because celebrating Pi Day with Pie is the perfect thing for residents at The Village at Odenton Station do come March 14th. In addition to the eating of pie, Pi Day was designated in 2009 by the House of Representatives as National Pi Day in the United States. The resolution “encourages schools and educators to observe the day with appropriate activities that teach students about Pi and engage them about the study of mathematics.” — which of course is important, but now, back to the pie recipes!
